This team of young professionals are the driving force behind the delicious REAL food that is the focus of the menu at Chaz & Odette 

With a strong focus on fresh local ingredients the team brings multicultural cuisine in a "homey" atmosphere. The chefs' desire is to share her travels by offering seasonal menus showcasing the cuisines from around the world. 

Chef Odette has been in the culinary/hospitality industry for nearly four decades, most recently as assistant professor of Culinary and Hospitality Management at the International Culinary Schools at Art Institute of Pittsburgh.

We create all of the foods that are served at Chaz & Odette from scratch, including our Signature Burgers and International Flatbreads fired in our state-of-the-art pizza oven.

Our menu always provides offerings that are Gluten Free and Vegetarian.
